Step 1: The Wooden “Master” Frame
The process begins with a single block of premium wood. A master carver spends weeks hand-chiseling the intricate floral rosettes, acanthus leaves, and the inner beaded border. Step 2: The Sand-Casting Mold

Step 3: The Molten Brass Pour
