1. The Wood-Carving Foundation
Our journey begins with solid timber. A master sculptor hand-carves the entire horizontal frame, spending weeks meticulously shaping the scrolling acanthus leaves and the 24 distinct floral rosettes that adorn the perimeter. This wooden frame acts as the “soul” of the product—the original master model from which all brass copies are born.
2. Precision Sand-Molding
The finished wood carving is pressed into a high-density, resin-bonded sand mold. Because wood has a natural grain and texture, the sand mold captures these organic “fingerprints,” giving the final brass frame a warmer, more authentic feel than modern 3D-printed molds.
3. The Brass Fusion
Pure, architectural-grade brass is melted in a crucible. Once it reaches the optimal pouring temperature, it is gravity-fed into the sand mold. The metal replaces the void left by the wooden master, solidifying into a heavy, indestructible frame that mirrors the original carving with 100% accuracy.
